I think there's nothing special in particular. It probably means that they are in the process of reviewing your P2 submission before they issue your eCOPR. If Calgary VO happens to process your eCOPR, there's a higher chance that you will get it very soon. For other VOs, it might take a little...

Try your luck and send an email as soon as you can. Many of us here have done it and did not have to wait until we reach 42 days, and the results were positive. It's not a perfect guarantee, but you can always try. Montreal VO has always been very late (at least for many including myself) in...

I think many of us who received eCOPR from Calgary office last month and even in December still didn't get any updates on our PR card. You can follow and get updates from "PR Card Timeline - 2023".

It looks like the Calgary office is taking a much longer time to process our card application as compared to other VOs. I got my eCOPR from the Calgary office on January 2, and it's been more than a month and I received no updates, either.
