My P1 was from Montreal VO. For P2, VO is not mentioned in the email. I sent P1 reply to the different offices after waiting for a month without any update. I got my P1 on Nov 27th, then waited without update for a month, and so I sent email to all the different offices on Dec 28th afternoon...

When did you receive and replied to your P1? How did you send the email to the different offices? Have you tried sending it like as if you were sending it first time to the different offices in separate emails?

My eCOPR expiry is June 16, 2024, and it says it was issued at Calgary IRCC.

The sender is mentioned in the P1 email and in the attached letter. If it’s Montreal VO, it is mentioned as Montreal IRCC.

Yes, it took me 4 months from biometrics until I received P1. P2 took 1 month from P1. But I have read that others have gotten theirs much faster. Mine is from Montreal VO and it seems that Montreal VO is taking a very loooonggg time.

I think the letter doesn’t specifically mentioned that it’s approved and it only says that it’s ready for finalization. So, practically speaking, they have reviewed all your submitted documents and everything has met the requirements, and now it’s only pending confirmation of your status.

Have you tried sending your P1 template reply to the different email addresses? Try to back read, there’s a link mentioned to the email addresses. It worked for me!
