Really don't get why we can't make our own portal account. It's not really that hard to make a back-end database for it. As long as it's encrypted, it should be fine. Guess, they still don't like to have their database connected to the rest of the internet. So outdated :rolleyes:

IRCC is swamped with work. I assume CBSA is pretty much free because there's less people traveling, going in and out of canadian border with covid-19. Yes, it's exactly the same note.

My medical expired back in august. I raised a webform in Oct 2020 I think, then I got an email saying thata I got an update on CIC portal on Dec 11 2020. Everything seems to happen in the background. Not sure whether you have to raise a webform or not, but I did.

If you're stuck on Info Sharing, that's not on IRCC. That's on RCMP/FBI(US PCC)/etc. Ontario is on lockdown, so not surprised that RCMP is working with bare minimum staff

Click that Link > Click Apply Online Today > Request Personal Information > Choose Yourself > Choose CBSA > Exit to Pilot Site > Click Next at the bottom left of page > Fill the Forms You have to reside in Canada though, otherwise get someone in canada to order it for you

Oh wow we have the same AOR date, but my biometrics is on Nov 4th. Hopefully, they get to my file soon and it's encouraging to know that they're working in xmas week.
