You are right about hibernating as so many of us are stuck.
People from June, July and even September are getting CoPRs but not Jan, Feb and March ones.

Congrats. How did you get the COPR number? Is it from the IRCC Profile? My understanding was that those who received landing confirmation email will not have COPR generated in the IRCC Profile. Instead it will be generated on the new confirmation portal.

IRCC is swamped with work. I assume CBSA is pretty much free because there's less people traveling, going in and out of canadian border with covid-19.
