Could you share the timeline (applied, ack and processed dates) here please -- I would like to add it to my tracker. After the processed step, in a couple of days the OCI card will get delivered to BLS office (the status will show that), and then they dispatch it.

It means BLS received the document (OCI) from the consulate. Did your status get updated today?

When did you apply? Its about 13 days for ack right now, but there could be a few days delay depending on how quickly BLS transferred it to the consulate etc.

Your e-visa was probably almost ready when the suspension hit. Very unfortunate. Vancouver timeline looks similar to Toronto (ack is much faster) so there is some hope for it to get processed by end of October. do you have pickup option in Vancouver BLS? There are some Vancouver applicants...
