Hello ajaysharma, did you electronically sign it or did you have to print out the IMM5669, sign by hand then upload?

I have found myself in the same situation as you. I have applied for PR after my PGWP expired. I made sure to apply for a restoration of status to visitor and included this in my letter of application for the PR application. I would like to know if this affected you getting your PR. Thank you
