Sometimes unfortunate things happen, can a petty theft in 2014 effect my express entry program.

The comments may seem to imply that you can convince an officer through some well crafted letter. That is not correct. It all depends on the specifics of the incident and how it fits with what the 'Immigration and Refugee Protection Act' considers inadmissible grounds for criminality...

    Refugee getting married

Not inland, by withdrawing your refugee claim the conditional departure order that was issued when you made your claim comes into effect and removing procedures start immediately. You may be able to be sponsored outland.

Proof of funds letter - Bank of America

I did the same thing, while probably not necessary, I'd rather provide that info than being put on review required for whatever reason. I included the business card of the employee who provided me with the PoF letters.

June 2018 AOR - join here

I wouldn't recommend that, since its all uploaded to the same system (GCMS) which can be reviewed from Ottawa & NDVO, so it makes no difference.

Immigration Officer question about incoming funds

Answer: No, Why? You would not be carrying > 10,000 at the time of landing. For transparency, you can mention you are only carrying X amount with you, and later plan on sending the rest of your funds through a wire transfer.

    Sir/madam

This is something you need to sort out with your husband, If he were to apply for permanent residence, assuming he qualifies, he would have to declare his family (that means you and your children). Not doing so would be misrepresentation which could lead to his application being denied or status...

    Immigration eligible

On its own, no, it shouldn't be a negative factor. It could be a factor if you were to apply through spousal sponsorship, but not for the economic immigration categories. Keep in mind you'll have to provide proof (divorce certificates) when you apply for both of your divorces, but this on its...

What is the nationality of the passport? He needs to reach to the Embassy/Consulate of the country of his nationality. NOT Canadian immigration.

    OR holder lost passport

There are emergency passports yes, but the conditions on which an emergency passport can be issued depends on the country of nationality. Most likely, when a traveler has lost their passport while out of their country of nationality it would be a much faster process than regular passport...

    Feedback for my Cover Letter?

I'd skip the part about applying for a position as an operation manager, as it may be interpreted as you are about to change companies, or even worse, apply for a position in Canada. The rest looks good!

    PR card question

Then yes, you have a risk at the port of entry if you are not meeting the residency requirements. If you are allowed in without being reported for breach of obligations, you are right, you won't be able to renew the card right away but you'll be able to stay and apply once you meet the...

    PR card question

If at the time of entering Canada you meet the Residency Obligations of a PR, then there won't be any issues for you or your family. If that is the case you'll be allowed to stay in Canada indefinitely (the validity of the PR card does NOT reflect the validity of your PR status, so the card can...

The UCI will be eventually synced to your UCI (the one from the TRV application), this may be done automatically after ITA. But yes, it is the applicants obligation to keep the profile up to date, so you need to update the answer. Don't worry, a simple TRV refusal doesn't affect your PR...
