Going by the rate of receiving PAL/Next update after AOR, my calculation for average time for Apr/May 2023 AOR recipients is 5 months and 20 days. So since yours is May 2nd for AOR, I would keep an eye out for dates between Oct 23rd to Oct 31st. But yeah, nothing can be predicted in this process...

Add all relevant documents like transcripts, course completion letter, add certificate of enrollment for all semesters enrolled (if your university provides one) and add letter of explanation (most important) before all these documents, describing why you are eligible for 3 year permit instead...

I am assuming that you are staying at the same address on your correspondence letter from IRCC. The best thing to do is call IRCC at about 8 AM (because thats the only time calls go through) and/or raise a webform.

They seem to be still processing Early April AOR series. Those who have got AOR in late May/Early June will see some traction around Early October is my best guess.

I totally understand that it takes time going by the experiences of everyone else. Expectations are firmly in check. But was hoping that with reduction in average time-to-AOR, possibly files are moving faster than usual. One always lives in hope of miracles :)
