You need to raise a webform with a letter of explanation. Include the earlier communications from 2 years back from IRCC and your travel details and explain to them what happened. Or better still, you want to check with a lawyer since this could get complicated.

Thats strange because there definitely should be the IRCC copy. The ECOPR is a 2 page document for sure. You may need to raise a webform or call IRCC for this. They may need to just re-issue the doc. But your PR status and the technical details like PR number etc will not change.

I called and also submitted a webform with a lengthy explanation and using the webform allows you to again upload all your transcripts and certificates along with the letter of explanation. Just make sure that the whole document set is 1 single pdf when uploading with the Letter of explanation...

For the Expression of Interest go and visit the OINP home page and you can see all the details there. Once you apply for the EOI you have to then apply for the nomination and only when you receive the nomination then you come to the IRCC PR application portal link. Its not in GCKey at this stage...

Maybe since you made a list of members with Winnipeg VO, and its all stuck for ages , you might want to draft a joint petition with signatures of all 11 members and submit that to the MP or file for a mandamus since there are many members who are affected. Just a thought.

Scan through the timelines who have got P1 in the last 5-6 pages, you will get an idea based on your VO etc. Roughly it can take anywhere between 1 month to 2 months.

Why would you want to re-submit another new medical ? Dont you satisfy all of the above bulleted criteria ?

I think a lot of people do that (borrowing) to shore up their funds in the account. IRCC wants to know if you have financial stability and hence they ask for that amount. What other option do you have then to borrow if you are short of funds ? Go with that. Unless you have some other source like...

Besides in the PR application portal there is this question "Have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your English or French skills?" which comes under IMM0008 and if your test results have expired, you may have to answer "NO". That is tricky. Better to retake the test or...

Yes, I did mention that I sent all the details previously and repeated all the info they asked once again. Also retailed the mail thread history when replying.

Better to wait until you receive the Portal 2 credentials. If your Rep is getting the email, ask them to share it with you.
