Kitchener was very good to me during my processing . I applied June 24 2021 , and I’ve been done with this prices since April . Just waiting for my passport now

Are transfers still only allowed within 10 days of travel only or can we request the transfer further out ?

I feel like the waiting issue here in most cases are for applications which have been submitted to Service Canada centres by walk in due to the lack of appointments and rules for Passport office ( immediate need to travel etc ) . It’s a complete gong show , I wonder when these 600 new...

Not a dumb question at all . I think you might have to pay again , but I’m not 100% sure on this . other folks who are certain can guide you

Good grief !! What an absolute misery this is. I submitted in person at a service Canada center on April 29th, was told the mail out date is June 7….I have travels planned for July 22 and it’s wild to now have cause for concern that the passport won’t be here by then .

There won’t be any indication on the tracker that they dispatched your certificate. I just happened to check the mail one day and it was there. I think you’ll see your certificate arrive this week. When are you hoping to travel ? As soon as you get your certificate in the mail you should walk...

Pretty fast . Oath was on April 19th with Niagara office and by the 26th I had the certificate

No you can’t travel with a PR card after you have your oath ..you will no longer be a PR. If you are unwilling to cut your card you won’t be allowed to take the oath
