That's called I94. Its not a visa. It just gives you permission to enter or remain in US for 6 months. You can't get an I94 if you dont have a valid US Visa.

Are you sure ??? Cuz it says that you've to submit all the Passports together. this is what written in PPR "We require a VALID passport for you and for every accompanying family member. Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be submitted together"
