Is there any time limit to submit Passport for stamping ?

Hi Seniors,

Just wanna know that is there any time limit to submit/send passport to Detroit Office ??

I've recd PPR for me and my wife. My wife is in India. And its not possible for her to send her passport here through courier(Its illegal in India). I'm looking for other options but that will take some time.

You can submit your passport to Detroit Office and She can submit to New Delhi office via VFS Global.

Are you sure ??? Cuz it says that you've to submit all the Passports together.

this is what written in PPR

"We require a VALID passport for you and for every accompanying family member. Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be submitted together"

I suggest, call CIC or send an email explaining your situation and follow their instructions.

No you can't. The OP has to get his wife's passport to Detroit. Will have about 60 days, and then will get a letter (usually) saying if we don't receive the passports within 30 days, we will consider that you are no longer interested in emigrating and will close your file.
