Hmmm...I do not think it is checked during the Oath ceremony. Ideally if an individual is not meeting Residency requirements, the person would already be under removal order or would have been denied entry into Canada, and therefore would not be taking the Oath in the first place.

There's no real urgency if you are not travelling, but if I were in your shoes, I would get their passports ASAP.

June 4 2021 applicant here. I have been scheduled for Oath and was never asked for my passport pages. An April 2021applicant who did his Oath in January 2022 was never asked for passport pages. Many people sharing their updates up till Oath ceremony made no mention of being asked for passport...

I had same issue with original poster but updated it online. It was updated in about 2 weeks, now everything is fine.

Thanks. I just wanted to confirm if the request for passport pages was eventually stopped. Earlier applicants (Jan 2021) got that request.

I would like to ask if there is anyone here who submitted the application before June 16, 2021 (before IRCC started requesting for all passport pages with the initial application) and got a request to submit all passport pages subsequently?

I do not think you need to list the Indian address. She only went to India to visit, it was not a permanent residence for her. It is the same way you don't list addresses of places you travelled to while applying for Citizenship. List only Canadian address.

Renew your PR card, you don't know when you would be called for Oath.

Whatever you decide, please do not postpone the Oath. The attendant uncertainties following postponing the Oath make it not worthwhile. There are several ways to come into Canada as a citizen without a passport, you only need to do some research. Congrats on becoming a Canadian citizen.
