1st time they said that they weren't able to see my ID properly. I was saving my photos also and they were clear. 2nd time they objected that they weren't able to record me (which was weird because my spouse used the same setup and test got accepted). Both times I wasn't able to see myself but...

the old ECAS status states "DM"

It means you have to retake the test as there must be a technical issue during your test where they didn't record you during test. You are lucky that you got scheduled right away....it mostly takes 3-4 months for re-schedule.

Where are you seeing those updates? are these requests coming to sponsor's email?

I don't want to be that guy but "They are mailing result. They also say if you are approved, we will include your citizenship certificate with the decision letter". Sounds scary to me. They will not send you Citizenship certificate ever before Oath. and Oath comes in after everything is...

No, It means they have accepted your Test. No need to worry. If there were issues they would have never put complete in it except Background checks.

Was it remained In Progress for 1 week before it converted to Complete? When did Waiting on you disappear after you have given test?

London office is typically slow. They mostly take more than usual to process the applications.
