UCI/Client ID is on your original immigration landing paper. Look for a 8 digit number towards the top right. It isn't specifically marked as UCI/Client ID # but it is a valid number.

I think it also says "Whichever is the earliest expiry". Which means PR Visa issued until your medical expiry date.
