Hi everybody,

Does someone have an email address to which I can send a case-specific question/inquiry.

My GCMS notes state that I should have received a letter from CIC requesting me to apply for a CSQ, however I never got this letter.

I would like to send an email to CIC Mississauga requesting them to re-send the letter. Any idea where I should send this email to and what to include in it?

Youshould absolutely call the call center too. The link is the generic inquiry form and I used it to inquire about our SA, which is in limbo. I've yet to receive a response or any update to our case and I sent the message about a month ago.

Yeah I did that too, thanks though! The agent on the phone also told me it usually takes around 3 months to get some type of response via form/email etc. so I wouldn't worry too much if I were you
