I noticed on the spreadsheet for me that it says "In Process" in ECAS, but I am only able to login to ECAS where it shows my AOR; the status did not change to "In Process" yet. Can someone change this?

Call the call center after the quoted 54 days thats on their website. The agent should be able to tell you if it's been sent yet, and when it was sent exactly if applicable.

Since you European passport does not have any stamps from Canadian Immigration in it, and since the ETA for Canada is not mandatory until late September (unless you need a visa for that passport normally), act at check-in like you're a visitor to Canada and you should be able to board your plane...
