yeah endless waiting is all we can do

Many people from Oct and Nov are stuck like this. I am in the same state. All we can do is wait. Some people are filing again seeing the trend of a decision in 2-5 days but it is all random. Calls and webforms are mostly a joke

one needs luck. some people are getting a decision 3-4 days too

I see this trend of a lot of people reapplying in GC Key as their files are stuck in the New Portal between Oct 15-Nov 15 date range of Applicants. While this doesn't sound meaningful to me to re-apply, has anyone heard of it or any success stories?

They were both cases of spousal Reasons were POV, Finances and Home Ties

This is a classic case of visa renewal and not so much like a new applicant.

I know of 2 refusals personally but no Indian who got PPR I did see other nationalities getting it

Sadly there seems to be some problems with some files in Oct and Nov. People are waiting it out .. Webforms and mails have lately been a joke. You may want to call IRCC and check but not sure if that will yield anything either

sadly this whole visa has become random thing. When you call them, they say file is in New Delhi if the applicant is in India. But that is not the case as most of the decisions are being rolled out from Ottawa. God knows what is happening.

You can try raising a webform or call IRCC both of which are not yielding much though

He needs to show funds to take care of travel and stay. If you are sponsoring. show the value for the duration of stay

Has she ever held a visa to Canada before? You will have to show enough funds for the duration of her stay and also cover her flight costs. What is your status in Canada? Does she have enough ties back home to Nepal? Consider all this while submitting your application
