request for any update on the new ircc portal

Hi every one,

I have applied for visitor visa for my husband and kids after we have applied initially on the GCE Key since feb 2021, but no response.On Nov 5 we applied on the new ircc portal and its has been 28workings days now that we have applied on the new portal but we have not gotten any update yet.please do we still rely on the 30 working days or IRCC has changed their processing time.
over to you my fellow members, any suggestion and advice on this is welcome.

Many people from Oct and Nov are stuck like this. I am in the same state. All we can do is wait.

Some people are filing again seeing the trend of a decision in 2-5 days but it is all random. Calls and webforms are mostly a joke
