Yes a44(1) report doesn't mean a removal order. The report is sent to Minister Delegate who will decide whether to issue removal order or send the case to Immigration board for hearing. To know more about the report download ENF 05 AND ENF 06. Search in Google.

Don't apply for renewal of PR Card unless you complete 730 days in last 5 years from the date you apply. Apply only if you have strong Humanitarian Reasons . Yes after completion of 730 days you can apply for renewal.

When the application received you have completed 737 days and add few days till the decision is taken by the officer .. So I see you will get a positive decision .

Did the report say you need to appeal? The report is examined by MD and he will issue a removal order or send the case to ID hearing. If you receive a removal order then you need to appeal within 30 days. I also receive a44(1) report when I applied for renewal of PR Card in 2017. The officer...

I have a question... Will I able to apply for citizenship after I complete 3 years staying in Canada from the date of a44(1) report? I checked citizenship application and guide..under people not eligible to apply ..it says ..the one who got removal order ..did not mention about a44(1) report .

Did u register with CIC? If not then register with CIC and log in and link your application. You can see update on your application. Like I see my family's update ..it says the pr pr d has mailed today..but ecas still not updated.

Thank you. If they are sending you mail (post)to pick the card then remember it takes 2 week to receive the mail from the day they took the decision. If you case decision was taken on 2 week of Jan and it is a card pick up then you may receive mail in last week of Jan. All the best!
