I think its because you applied too early before completion of 5 year period....

send the copy through webmail and write the details..also send the copy through post with a letter mentioning the details. nothing to worry...they will start processing after 2-3 months ...in that time you can send the copy....

Present processing time for renewal application is 133 days. If your application reached this number then you call the call center or send a webmail.

They send confirmation when the start processing your application. And the processing starts after 120 - 135 days as of now. My application reached on 25 May. They sent email on Sep 16 Processing started on Sep 16

You will be able to track and check the status only when the CIC sends you a confirmation email that they received your application...as of know they are sending email to May applicants...you should have received the email.. Its better you send a webmail to them.

I have received AOR today. My application reached on 25th May.

Today picked the 1 year PR Card. I asked about my a44(1) report and when it will be resolved. The lady said they don't have any idea and I have to wait. I asked about for applying citizenship after my 3 years stay...she said Citizenship is different department and Immigration is different and...
