Finally picked the PR card from CIC office yesterday. Received the card after 7 weeks from Decision and 5 weeks after printing.

Hey did the IAD consider for alternate resolving without full hearing??

It's Random pick they do. Last year also I was issued 1 year PR card and I had to pick from same centre in Mississauga.

Send web enquiry.

You can send web enquiry by giving the details like when the applications n reached(check with courier or postal). They will definetly act on it. Or else just send an enquiry asking what to do. You can also call call centre and find out.

Use web enquiry for urgent processing. No need to send new application. Select Request Urgent processing option from drop down menu.

Then hope you receive the decision soon.
