Create WebForm to change your mailing address. I am an inland applicant so I am still able to contact CIC using the phone#.

You can scan the first blank page of the passport and create a pdf with personal details pages. And attach one more page, self attesting, that your 2 years old has never been of out country, hence there are no stamps on his/her passport.

I am working on getting a letter from HR stating a transfer request to our office in Ontario. Plus a letter of explanation. I do not have a lease and I can't arrange it in short time. So I am planning to mention that and start working on building ties with Ontario province.

If you are still living & working in Quebec. Officer will ask you to prove your intent with evidence, to live outside Quebec. I got 7 days to to show this intent.
