Passport for ITA

Hello,

For passport submission, the ask is to submit the stamp, markings etc along with personal details page.
But what if there is no visa stamp or marking on the passport? My 2 year old has never been out of USA - hence no visa stamps on passport. What should I submit?

You can scan the first blank page of the passport and create a pdf with personal details pages. And attach one more page, self attesting, that your 2 years old has never been of out country, hence there are no stamps on his/her passport.
