What is the use of GCMS?

How possible is it to get a visit visa for my spouse? Does the fact that we are applying for the PR help or does it make it harder for her to get the visit visa? Is it easier to get the visit visa now after the SA or is it harder?

Congrats! Why would it be better if they process the second phase in Mississauga? Is it faster there? What are the cases that they hold in and process them in Mississauga. Any idea? Thanks
