Where to mail PR application

Hi i just want to make which of the two do I mail my outland application for PR thank you

1.Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:

2.Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):

I think the first one for Outland application and the second one for inland application!

Sa3sa3 is correct.

First is outland
Second is inland
Third is courier (make sure you add outside of Canada on the package just to make sure). I can't remember exactly but I think I labeled it something like Sponsorship outside of Canada (Spouse).

I would recommend Puro/FedEx/UPS/DHL and not CanadaPost. The extra piece of mind you get knowing it was delivered properly was extra nice during the 2 month wait.
