Is this the complete letter? Generally, they will list the assessment criteria (such as a, b, c below), and then, describe in detail how you failed to meet the criteria. I do not see any detailed description in relation to your application. So it's a bit strange.

How is this competition if the picking of files is not based on the strengths of the applications? More like it is a combination of bad luck, disorganization, and laziness on the part of the processing officers.

Hopefully you will be the first to get PPR, now that SGVO has been forced to acknowledge their slow progress. I wanted to check with you: If you have ordered GCMS before, do you happen to know who your processing officer is? Mine is AG00894. S/he seems to be very very slow.
