Based on a search I did a couple of weeks ago and I can be wrong, Alberta doesn't let candidates apply. They let candidates know that they are interested. Atlantic agreement requires a job offer. Please let me know if I am wrong.

Submit only your Masters.. They aren't going to verify something documents for which are not sent.. Some consultants I spoke to asked for my school certificates so that they could have that evaluated too.. Idiots..
