In my opinion, its not. They must be counting it internally based on ITAs sent out and approved.

Oh no no.. not asking about you specifically.. I understood your condition.. I know WES is stupid and dumb; but I don't expect them to release ECA report for every degree one by one.. I was asking in general as I may be wrong.

So, I am wondering why are people sending bachelor degree documents to WES with Master degree documents. In my opinion, Bachelor degree documents would only help when opting for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees".

There'd be some delay but you would get an ITA.. Its people like me who are worried (<438).. Go through previous rounds.. There are a lot of reasons why the score is high these days.. 3 weeks gap in Feb draw.. ECA agencies accumulated applications during Christmas and New year leaves.. these...
