    Citizenship Proof (English or French)

If the university degree was "obviously" in French or English (say from a Canadian, French or British university) you don't need anything else. If it's from another country, it should be enough of you also have a document from the university saying that that it was conducted in one of the...

    Passport Application Question:

Flip a coin. If it's a head, put 2 years, if it's a tail, put 3 years. Or, said another way : it doesn't matter. Just round it one way or another.

Citizenship - Interview ( Living abroad)

You're right regarding the PR residency obligation, but OP asked his questions one year after leaving the country, probably long before the residency question would become a issue, and became a citizen since then.

    Applying for Citizenship

    2) It's up to you. But in practice : - If you apply now, depending on whether you already need to provide a PCC for your previous travels, you may not need to provide an Indian PCC, but being outside the country has logistical consequences, like needing to come back TO Canada on short notice...

How to change an information submitted in Citizenship Application Form before AOR?

Yep. IRCC only adds complete applications to their system, so a completeness check has to be done first, the AOR is sent afterwards. And I can't really answer the second question in a meaningful way. Each and every change "affects" the application in the sense that, at a bare minimum, someone...

How to change an information submitted in Citizenship Application Form before AOR?

You can't change an application that doesn't exist in IRCC's system yet. Just wait for the AOR then submit a webform.

    First Canadian Passport

You obviously can print it in colors, but you don't have to, black and white is fine. Official source, search for black in this page : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/proof-citizenship/valid/e-certificate.html

    Mistake on Physical Presence Calculator

There's no reason. There's enough buffer so that the mistake doesn't change much. Don't worry about it.

Travelling to India while Citizenship application is in-progress

Late September is more than a month away. Just pass it before you leave, and wait for the next steps after you come back. You're allowed to travel while your application is being processed after all.

Extended Absences from Canada - Impact on Citizenship Application?

No need for this. In the physical presence tool, each absence has a textbox where you can specify the reason of your travel, you can list your family emergencies there, without need for details. And the letter from the landlord doesn't matter, IRCC only cares about how many days you spent...

Rescheduling citizenship ceremony due to travel to India possible?

And OP never suggested otherwise. Relax, PRs have the right to leave Canada and travel the world, which sometimes leads to logistical issues with the citizenship application, and OP will simply have to wait for a new ceremony date, for which IRCC will either automatically decide on, or ask him...

New Citizenship Portal - Trips as Visitor

Sorry, I meant 10 visits not days. But the point stands, there's a high chance your application goes smoother with at least 63 days of buffer :)

New Citizenship Portal - Trips as Visitor

Yep, you need to list that under visitor status, although you may want to make sure that you have enough days to qualify for citizenship without having to rely on these 10 days, as IRCC may complain that they can't document your status in the country during those visits. And yes, every absence...

Do the 183 day absences include the day you leave and arrive back in Canada?

In cases where you cut it very close, and you can't be closer than this, there's a high chance IRCC will ask for a police certificate anyway, even if it's not needed for a complete application. If you can easily get one from NZ, just do so.

Lost old passport - Applying for Citizenship

The best way to not be asked about additional pages (which will not a guarantee, but still) is to have a very precise application, where your days exactly match what IRCC will find when accessing your physical presence, and with a very good buffer, so IRCC has absolutely no doubt about whether...
