Updated. Not sure if airlines can help. Try abd call and explain your situation, that you were called abruptly. Maybe they will charge a partial amount. I'm not sure how they will view it if you don't attend. So I'll let more experienced people comment

Not experienced with this particular issue so take it with a grain of salt. If there is anything out of ordinary like splitting a file or test waiver because previous application was cancelled after the test was cleared , it can add a lot of delay. And the chances of succeeding in such endeavor...

No harm in calling and trying to find out. Almost a month since lpp is done . Did you find out if any recent people with ngf office got oath. Wondering what the delay is. I'll let others comment if oath slots are sometimes filled and there is a wait

How often did you travel? I see that you only have two days buffer and it can lead to additional scrutiny. Usually scarborough is quick, so that's a positive if it's still with that office
