What about people who already have an AOR based on LMIA ? Will they be impacted with this new change ? Would the system allot 50 points to them instead of earlier 600 points ?

Can you search on the internet for the city you are living in ? Some of the good consultants are KPMG, Green & Spiegel etc. They have their own cost for various types of Visas. It would be good if you can get in touch with them and find out.
Can you take help of some immigration consultant to have this refusals understood and applied again appropriately ? They have lot of experience in this.
Sorry to hear about the rejection. Can you provide more details ? I went through the rejection reasons thread, seems you had LMIA but not tied to any employer ? What does that mean ?
