Just got my GCMS notes yesterday. Even though it says primary office is Vancouver and secondary is CPC Sydney, every single item says RC-8090 on them, so I can't imagine much was actually done by the Vancouver office. Other interesting things to note...tracker says BG in progress, but GCMS...

It'll be nice to see even a tiny bit of movement with my application...

I think typically they won't give you any update. However, since they canceled the test invitation on you, may be that's an excuse for you to talk to someone?

Technically I am still stuck at LPP, but even BG is not done...

I am still waiting for my GCMS notes, but I suspect mine is going to look very similar to yours. It's just amazing to see how there's no consistency in between applications...

At least you guys got BG and LPP done, I wouldn't call your applications stuck if you've seen mine.

Your timeline looks very similar to mine and is likely handled by the same office as well. At least you got a passport request and ghost update. Mine got nothing since April 7....

Then at least there's BG. Nothing other than the test was done for my application. And seriously, the test shouldn't even count as work done by IRCC if you ask me, There's probably just a check mark to click on their system and the servers will send candidates scheduling info for the test...

Did you at least get LPP or some of the other stuff processed before your test date? Also some people here said Vancouver is a fast processing office, I just don't get it. The inconsistency is unreal.

At least they asked for something after you've done the test. It's been 4 months since my test and there's absolutely no updates at all.

We are all in the same boat together. It's the inconsistencies between different office's processing time (heck, even within the same office) that made everyone mad because no one can set any reasonable expectations.

Not really, my case has been stagnant for the most part, other than the test.
