I think that's the case. The email means nothing and has no significant information. Simply telling you that if they want anything they will email you!

I have received an email today titled We're still working on your application. I can't log to check as it keeps kicking me out. But in general it's nice to see that they are working on my application but the question is which one? I have only recently applied for citizenship
