Hello,


I got a request for fingerprints on 2nd, I did it via an authorized office in Mississauga. My question is how long does it usually take for them to update the site and acknowledge that it is received? Do you think I should call their call centre or too early?

I got a request for Fingerprints on May 14.
Fingerprints taken and submitted: May 17.
Fingerprint results received: June 7
Background verification activity status updated to 'Completed': June 8, 2021
