dear winni Based on my knowledge, you don't have to inform the embassy about the new passport number. But when ppr. The validity of the passport should be more than the medical validity. Else you should land before the passport expiry date.

if you are applying from outside Canada for caips notes, you should pay 30~40$ by an overseas credit card. Paypal is not used in Leb,,, what a sham !!!! If a canadian apply from canada, he/she pays only 5$ by money order or credit card.

Thx .... In fact, after I waited for a very long time... I started to change my mind about Canada and try to forget the whole processing and have the plan B== study in New Zealand and then apply for NZ permanent residency.
