    I called CRA again. They told me it will take upto 4 months, but they have asked to me file the CEC application without NOA and put a letter explaining why I can't put NOA. So I'll go with that unless I receive my NOA before I file my CEC application.

    My birth certificate does not have my name on it. But 10 grade certificate has - my parents name, my name, my date of birth, so does my school leaving certificate. In India 10th certificate is considered as Birth Certificate, could someone CEC gurus tell me, if same valid for Canada as well?
