FSW Inland - as per my last GCMS i received in August my status was Eligibility: Passed, Criminality: In Progress and Security: Not Started. I applied for new GCMS in October but haven't received it yet

You can apply for BOWP when your current work permit is set to expire within 4 months.

Applicants can't request a file transfer. I've seen a few people who mentioned that IRCC transferred their file to the local VO (would be New Delhi if it's India) if TRV is under process and the applicant has travelled outside of Canada. So was wondering if the same happened to your friend.

This is going to be me very soon - I applied for TRV (second application) on Oct 14th and planning to travel end of Dec due to an emergency. Did your friend inform IRCC about travelling? Do you know if his file has been transferred to India for processing?

My withdrawal request for my first application (Jan 4, 2021) got processed today. Had a letter on my account that basically says as per your request we have closed this application and you are eligible for a refund. No updates on my second application yet - Applied on Oct 14th.

Yeah, and on my GCMS notes it said 'Reassessment has been granted for 1 year' when it was extended in April 2021. So the date that reflects on the portal is basically just the date an officer or someone updates it and not when the extension was granted

On my status it now says "November 27, 2021 You passed the medical exam". But before that it said "You do not need a medical exam" from when my medicals expired in March.

I'm March 2020 applicant and mine was originally passed on April 30, 2020. Expired in March 2021 and extension was granted on April 2021 (as per GCMS). On the portal it was only reflected on Nov 27th.

Do you know if updated proof of funds document is being asked for everyone if it's been more than a year? I submitted mine on March 2020 from a Canadian bank as per IRCC's requirements with the avg 6 months etc. I'm planning to travel outside Canada end of this month and wonder if I should...

I really hope so too! I finally decided to make travel plans this December and this happens loll. Wondering if I should postpone my trip or not in case I get approved. Good luck to you and hope you get some good news soon as well!!
