Well, at first I thought that both the VAC and the Embassy are the same in Ankara. Checking out the addresses, I realized that they are different, but not too far from each other (about 1.2 km). I hope that they will hand me back my passport in less than three working days, unless I will loose...

Both of them are mentioned. But it seems that they take the passports from Istanbul to Ankara and return them after the visa is issued so it will take a shorter time if the passport is handed in Ankara.

Yeah that's tough... But hang in there, your time will come. Take your time and go through the holy spreadsheet and see how many people waited more than you. There are many and all of them have gone green, and so will you.

Hi Thank you for saying that, I know that some agencies pick up visas. My trip to Ankara is obligatory since I have to help a relative on his biometrics in Ankara, so I am going to hand in my passport myself next week.

Thanks Soomazi. In the information page it was noted that it is highly recommended not to use a tout. I am going to hand it in person then I think a 3-day trip to Ankara would be ok.
