I think the basic logic to say NOT GIVEN is to ask yourself if the information pertaining to the specific question is mentioned(given) or not. This is the simple rule in case of Not Given. No assumption or trying to analyze, rather to look at the face value of the statement will help to avoid...

Either there were a lot of people at 442 during the 93rd draw and some more additions in the last 2 weeks with a CRS above 442. We will for sure see a cutoff CRS of 450+ in the 95th draw with two IELTS results to be released on July 13th and July 20th and Draw most probably to happen on July...

What if you are in a country where there is no Visa office present? Does this mean the applicants need to travel to the VO?
