You are right that the issue is a result of demand and supply and one clear fact is that both canada and Australia are competing for a skilled work...

    It seems 2019 remain too high and the right option would be to start looking southward to at Australia. CIC seems to prefer 450s for 2019 and keeping your options open might be a winning strategy for those below 445.

    No one is replying as no one has the information. However, you should expect it to be less easier compared to a year before as the new regulation relaxed the issue with regard to autism.. I hope someone will see the effect soon and give you a concrete reply soon .
