Just a suggestion It would be better if we sort out the cases according to the file transfers instead of application filed because the real time starts after the approval. That might give us a clear picture. Because some cases are transferred after after 1 month and some might take 3 to 4...

just fill the first column of principal applicant and write Not Applicable in the spouse and dependents column, i think the last two are height and eye color

My guess is they are just clearing the simple/straightforward/wife cases to complete the 2013 visa quota assigned to them. and i agree they should treat the cases on first come first serve basis. still something is better than nothing.
