When were ur files sent to montreal office and did any of ur online status first say the name of the office Guy-f then got changed after a few days to just the montreal office

Here is my data received on Aug /1/2014. Email AOR on Oct/28. Never got it started processing on Dec 15 2015. transferred to the office on Dec 17 2015. first they wort the name of the office then a gew days later it just said Montreal office. I'm worried and confused
