Hi. We have the same situation. I can't check mine too. I received the letter from the immigration with my UCI and application number. I know I have the correct informations, opened it using google chrome and Firefox but everything to no avail. I'm also frustrated why I can't check my status...

Are they going to send a letter stating the insufficient funds in the credit card and will put it aside until the card will have sufficient funds? Or, they will send back the whole application package?

What will happen if a credit card is having insufficient or not enough funds on the time when CIC will take/charge the payment/fee for the PR application? If this happen are they going to send a notice or are they going to send back the documents?
