Found It! Different requirements for different VO in different countries. Mine doesn't require salary certificate, while french do :)

I went through ALL the blakc of applications I have and found NOWHERE they would be asking for salary sertificate...

Can someone give me an example or at least a structure or reference letter? P.S. Why everyone is adding pay slips and payment checks and so on, cio is not asking them, it's just additional prove. You don't have to add them in the main package, am i right?

My IELTS is only in the begining of November and I want to send all the documents NOW. Can I write a cover letter explaining the situation and tell that I will send IELTS results to CIO and VO later? Or will it slow down my process?

Hello, if I am apllaying alone shoul I also include the applications which are conected with family (spouse, kids)? or jest leave them out? In the sections where they are asking about your family, should i leave them empty or just write in everyone of them N/A?

Read somewhere that they are actually using data bases where they can see your educational degree and work history? Is it possible? Or that is what they do in random cases? And overall does this kind of data base exist?

can i applay for the programme of skilled worker if the occupation under which i would apllay is on NOC list, but I was working in it four years ago for 3 years, currently I am working in a different occupation, which is not listed on NOC. Should i mention them both?
