My IELTS is only in the begining of November and I want to send all the documents NOW. Can I write a cover letter explaining the situation and tell that I will send IELTS results to CIO and VO later? Or will it slow down my process?

I think with the new policy they are asking for full documents to process your application.It is better to first get IELTS and then the whole package at once.marmaliade said:
