Are you single? (i.e. not previously in any marriage?) Were you in any common law relationship? Are you still undertaking anyone that you sponsored before?

How about your parent? Is he/she not in any relationship and has no dependent?

No completely single. Parent sponsored is a widow. So that 1+1= family size 2, in 2021, 2022, 2023 till now. So why in 2021 it is changed to 3?

All Tax information shows no dependents. What do you think? This is a grave mistake, question is how to corrent or appeal this disastrous and wrong decision?

I did not request for H and C but I have sent an appeal letter and backup documents with the application. Explaining although I am short 5k. We do not pay mortgage and car loan,max the RESP of my kids I even attached our savings statement. I am not sure if this will help. if I’m found ineligible to sponsor, I’ll accept the decision, there’s not much I can do."

whats the P2 email?

It is an email with password for your account to upload PR photo and confirming the canadian address. You get this email after you reply to the first email (P1) about Permenant Residence Portal (PR confirmation) email details. Thank you.

Medical was requested and done already.
Requested on April 22 and have to be done in 30days.
But parents were told that the result will be sent by June 7.
Would that be ok or should I email to cic about that??

You would have gotten a receipt (eMedical Information Sheet) with information and photo of the applicants (one per person). Use the webform or gckey login to upload this to your file to show that you have completed your part. The rest is not in your hands

Dependent age will lock in after you submitted all requirements or documents?

I received the same email. I sent those in the email. The residential address and email was in the email body and PCC and passport as attachment. I also, requested details from IRCC web form to confirm and got the reply within 5 days that my documents were received. Here is the link for the ICC web form.

I received the same instructions to submit the documents but I was not able to retrieve my application by either method. Method 1. I was not able to link my application to my IRCC account. 2. I was not able to find my application using the web form.

Everyone , i need help. received a letter to submit the below

Client Information: As you live in PAKISTAN, you must submit the Authorization To Disclose
Information (IMM 5536) form for the principal applicant and all family members included in the application
Authorization To Disclose Information (IMM 5536) - Canada.ca.
This must be received at this office by: 2025/06/12"

its for both of my parents. do i just need to fill IMM5536 for both of them and submit it.?
moreover, under IRCC login page, they gave me option to upload this document, but its only for my father (principle applicant). do i need to have one PDF for both IMM5536 and upload under principle applicant ?
