General pattern I have observed is BG is completed mostly for applicants(exceptions are there too) a day prior to the start of their test window. So, I am hoping to see BG Completed by April 10.

My last update was March 22 (Saturday), now it is April 5 (Saturday) - two weeks. BG is still in progress, and I've still been waiting for the test invite. Hopefully this week.

I was able to create my tracker account today. Didn't receive an email from IRCC inviting me to the tracker yet.

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Received my AOR today.

Happy for you. You were so worried. The IRCC page was updated to March 12th yesterday which means they were still handling up till March 12th. Hope the rest of us get our AOR soon.

Try on desktop and don't copy paste UCI and application no. from AOR; type it instead. I wasn't able to set up my tracker on mobile.

Perhaps it just doesn't allow access for the first few days after getting AOR? I'm having the same issue, but AOR only just received.
