How’s Scarborough office processing time? Is it toronto office?

They are super efficient from what I’ve seen in the past few months. Seen applications completed under 4months and that’s typical from that office.

I am applying online and I have following question for Residence and Tax section:

- Have you ever held travel documents or passports during your 5-year eligibility period?

I have Pakistani passport which I have uploaded online, and also during my 5-year eligibility period I was student in Norway (from 2018-2022).

1- Do I need to upload my Norwegian Residence Card in Travel Documents or Passports section?
2- Do I need to translate as well my Norwegian Residence Card to English?

1 . You dont have to upload resident card
2. Since u are not uploading that you dont have to translate

In our case my wife had Italian PR, we didn’t upload as travel document, but we uploaded as extra document. To be on safe side.
