same situation for me (cv request and reviewing document), called them last week and they said everything's clear except that security is in progress
Kind of same for me. I finally got my medical passed and now they are saying that criminality has started but security not yet. Fingers-crossed! but it has been like this for a while (I am using the phone option to track since my application is linked to my representative account)
Mine was complicated because my husband had to redo his chest xray after 3 months due to a shadow he had but everything worked out fine and now are still waiting. Originally i applied in October
Has your eligibility passed? How long did it take you until criminality was passed?
I passed eligibility since January I believe (the call center told me that even though it is still labelled as processing on the online system). No idea about criminality, I just know that I am in background check.
Have you asked them about criminality and security which is part of background check?
Also, what do you have written on your background check on the system online?

Pre Arrival Services + Medical Passed (Upfront Exam): March 21st 2025
Same here. Applied Oct 16th. VMF 6th Feb.Lost with status as my submission is linked to my representative. Quite frustrating
